Join me in a small group Tea Ceremony Meditation that will assist you in quieting your mind and revealing the whispers of your heart. Tea is revered in Chinese medicine as a Shen Tonic, which is an herb that brings you back into your heart space (the seat of the soul). During this group meditation practice you will feel your nervous system come into balance, feel a deeper state of inner peace, presence, and connection to your soul.
