Connect with Mother Earth as you immerse yourself in the soothing sound of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other meditative instruments for a deeply relaxing & healing inward journey. This hour offers an opportunity for calm amidst the chaos of the season. The Winter Solstice is an especially opportune time to drop in and release.
* Zero gravity chairs, yoga mats, and grounding mats are provided. Please bring a blanket
