Grounded Sound Journeys

Ongoing Sound Journeys with Kava Sangha or Reiki

Fridays:
August 7th & 21st and September 4th & 18th will feature a Kava Sangha Circle followed by Sound Healing Journey led by Terrie Weaver. We begin our evening’s journey with mindfulness practices, Kava elixirs, and sacred sharing within our Sangh (community) circle. Our evening concludes with a sound healing. These begin at 5:45 and last until about 8pm.
Weekends, August 29th and September 27th our Sound Healing Journey will feature Reiki offered by Terrie Weaver at 6 pm. The Reiki healing will be infused into the Sound Journey.
Both options offer an opportunity to connect with Mother Earth as you immerse yourself in the soothing sound of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other meditative instruments for a deeply relaxing & healing inward journey. You will leave feeling centered and refreshed.
*Please bring a blanket. Zero gravity chairs and grounding mats are provided.
