Calling in our Ancestors

During these winter months when we simultaneously hibernate from the cold and gather with loved ones, connecting with our Ancestors and those who’ve come before us can offer guidance and reverence to us in a way we may not have been ready for until now. As a collective we all feel and have a sense of connection to something that affects us all. Our Ancestors have walked the path before us to pass down information to assist us. It is simply for us to cultivate a deeper relationship with them and in turn tune in more deeply to who we are as a representative of our lineages. During the workshop you will experience a drum journey as well as a facilitated discussion on our collective connection to one another and exploration into the medicine that each of us carries, simply by being here. Bring a journal and item that is sacred to you. Feel free to bring a blanket and pillow. Herbal tea will be served. Space is limited to 8-people.
