Herbal Detox Support

This workshop will explore herbs that assist the body in safe and gentle detoxification. Learn ways to rid he body of the toxins that build up from holiday feasting and lack of movement in the cold months. The first half will cover the liver & herbs to support liver function. After a short break for complimentary tea and herbal snacks, we will resume with an overview of the lymphatic system & lymphatic herbs. Tea and herbal snacks included.
