A workshop series for those who want to learn to use natural remedies to address common ailments in their homes and community.
In this series of workshops, we will cover common ailments that show up in our homes and community and the herbs and foods that can be helpful to bring balance (i.e., colds, flu, fevers, sore throats, ear infections, eye infections, upset stomachs, cuts, scrapes, rashes, etc.). We will go through various herbal preparation techniques that can be applied in different circumstances. This is a very hands-on workshop, and participants will leave with their own little home apothecary.
