Elderberry Ginger Sparkler

Ingredients:

Tonic’s Elderberry-Ginger Syrup

Tonic Water*

Fresh Lime or Lemon

Protective Bitters

Instructions:

  1. Add 1 fl oz (2 TBSP) Elderberry-Ginger Syrup to a glass with ice
  2. Fill to the top with tonic or seltzer water
  3. Add ¼ tsp of Protective Bitters
  4. Squeeze a wedge of lemon or lime into the glass and give everything a stir
  5. Enjoy as a prophylactic to keep your immune system strong and keep viruses at bay
